Ixchel Beach Hotel Isla Mujeres

We had a fantastic stay right on a gorgeous beach, unsurpassed on the island. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and bathrooms, were steps away from the beach. Its location allowed us to walk almost anywhere else on the island, including to Hidalgo Street restaurants where we had plenty of good places to choose from. The staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay.

Great location, at the end of restaurant street and on the beach. Nice beach and pool facilities. Large clean room with good aircon and amazing shower pressure. Laundry facilities handy.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and balcony with a breathtaking view. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

From the moment we walked in, we felt pampered with luxury amenities and attention to detail. A private beach access with sun loungers and beach umbrellas made us feel exclusive. the restaurant by the outdoor heated swimming pool had great food, with special diet menus.

The only drawback was the occasional slow service at the poolside snack bar. the exquisite garden area and leisure/ TV room made up for it.

the room we had was spacious and clean, with a great view of the beach and pool area. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the main street with easy access to restaurants and shops.

The workout room at the hotel was quite small and had limited equipment. there was a lot of trash on the island, which was a bit disappointing considering the natural beauty of the surroundings.

We stayed at a hotel with a perfect location, steps away from fantastic local restaurants and street food, and close to all the action. Our room had a clean and spacious bathroom, and the service provided by the friendly staff was outstanding. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and breathtaking views of the stunning northern beach. The facilities were top-notch, with a bar that served giant beach cocktails at a reasonable price.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow, although the coverage was great throughout the hotel.

I recently stayed at Ixchel Beach for a weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, with Marta and Alexis going above and beyond to assist us. The beach service provided by the older gentleman was a nice touch. a wonderful place for families with friendly and accommodating staff.

Cannot recommend this hotel.

Plenty of space with a well-equipped room featuring an oven, fridge, and utensils. Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The perfect beach location with excellent views. Walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and shops. Ideal for families.

Felt truly looked after, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great time at this amazing hotel. The pool was beautiful, the beach was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to town. We loved the great service from the staff and the spacious rooms. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful holiday during Christmas at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family with two young daughters. the staff were helpful and friendly, making sure everything went smoothly for us. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the delicious food at the resort and the massages from the spa. the best part was the beach, although crowded, it was beautiful and the pools provided a great alternative.

One downside was the front desk staff, they were not very hospitable or welcoming. As a hotel guest, we felt like an inconvenience at times.

The hotel has a prime location, right on the beach. The beach area is clean and well-maintained. The nearby restaurants and shops make it convenient for food and entertainment. The view from the balconies is amazing, especially for those facing the ocean.

The pool area is small and crowded, mostly by families with children.

Great ocean view from the rooms which are spacious and clean. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Perfect location with easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. A very safe and secure environment with 24-hour security always present. Phenomenal beach, great beach chairs and the drinks are amazing!
